Founded in 1935 as Apperts Foodservice, Buckhead Minnesota joined the Sysco family in 2012 and has become one of the premier protein purveyors in the region. As an industry leader in technology, cold chain management process control and packaging, we keep food safety as a primary concern at all times. Our meats are produced in state of the art production facilities that are USDA, SQF3 and FDA inspected, with an inspector onsite everyday whenever the plant is in operation. Additionally, our facilities feature a fully implemented Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program, Standard Sanitation Operation Procedures (SSOP), a complete Food Safety and Quality Assurance staff, microbiological testing and a rigorous allergen control plan so that you can be sure the product you receive is of the highest quality.
