Our rigorous standards of excellence extend from the pastures that nourish our cattle to our industry-leading cold supply chain solutions. All grinding material comes with a Certificate of Analysis, ensuring it was tested for E. Coli 1057:H7 and found negative. This is a big difference–and what sets us apart in the industry– over ground bench trim which is not E. Coli tested before use.
Sausage Blends
Utilizing meat products to create an entirely new item, as in sausage production, is the epitome of a value-added product. Sausage blends vary by the ingredients used, but all follow the same process of starting with raw material and grinding it to create an entirely new item. Meat is made of salt soluble heat coagulable proteins, so during production while mixing you create the homogenous texture that sausage is known for.
